A Losing Game (NFB)

Animated Sequences
Client: National Film Board of Canada / Office national du film du Canada

Back in 2025, we had the opportunity to work on Jenny Cartwright’s feature documentary Les Perdants (NFB/ONF), a film highlighting the flaws in Quebec’s electoral system.

To help break down complex issues (such as barriers facing women and racialized groups, or systemic voting flaws), Elizabeth Laferrière teamed up with Jenny on the concept and art direction for the animated segments.

Motion design was created by Rémi Vincent, Sindre Ulvik Péladeau and Elizabeth.
